The terms for shopping with Sorrel Naturals, kept short and plain. Our guarantee, shipping and Subscribe & Save terms each have their own page, linked throughout.

Who we are
These terms cover your use of sorrelnaturals.com and anything you buy from it. The store is run by Minderse Ltd (UAB “Minderse”, company code 306238029, VAT code LT100015812514), Laisvės al. 110, LT-44253 Kaunas, Lithuania. When we say “Sorrel Naturals”, “we” or “us”, we mean Minderse Ltd. “You” means the person using the site or placing the order.

Agreeing to these terms
By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies that sit alongside them: our Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, Subscription Policy and Privacy Policy. Where one of those policies covers a subject in more detail, it takes priority on that subject.
You must be 18 or older, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. We sell to people buying for themselves or as a gift, not for resale.
What we sell
We sell dietary supplements, in bottles that each last 30 days at the serving on the label:
- Turmeric Curcumin with Black Pepper: 1,000 mg per serving, 60 capsules a bottle.
- Magnesium Glycinate 3-in-1: 300 mg per serving, 90 capsules a bottle.

Supplements and your health
Our products are dietary supplements, not medicines. What we say about them on this site comes with this notice: “These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.”
Our supplements are not a substitute for advice from your doctor. Please talk to your doctor before you take them if you are pregnant or nursing, take any medication, or are managing a medical condition.
- Read the label and its warnings before use, and take no more than the label says.
- Keep the bottles out of reach of children.
Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between us is formed when we email your order confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is unavailable, a price or description was clearly wrong, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you have paid for, we refund it in full, shipping included. We may also limit how many items one customer can buy.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Shipping is a flat $4.99 per order, and if sales tax applies to your order, it is shown at checkout before you pay. The total you confirm is the total you are charged.
Payments are processed by Stripe using the cards and wallets shown at checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
Discount codes have no cash value, and one code can be used per order. Our welcome code, WELCOME10, takes 10% off one-time items. Codes don’t apply to Subscribe & Save plans, which already save 20%.
Subscribe & Save
Subscribe & Save is optional. A plan starts only if you tick the box yourself, and the box always starts unticked. A plan takes 20% off the bundle price, today and on every renewal, and sends the same bundle again when your last bottle would run out: every 30 days for 1 bottle, every 90 days for 3 bottles, and every 150 days for 5 bottles. Each renewal is charged automatically, at the plan price plus $4.99 shipping, until you cancel. You can skip, pause or cancel online at any time from your account, in two clicks. Shipping and delivery
We ship to addresses in all 50 US states and Washington, DC, by USPS with tracking, for a flat $4.99 per order. Orders leave us within 1 business days and arrive 2 to 4 business days after that. If a parcel is lost, we send it again or refund it. If it arrives damaged or with the wrong item, we replace it free. The details are in our Shipping Policy.
Refunds and cancellations
Everything you buy is covered by our 60-day money-back guarantee. Email us within 60 days of delivery and we refund what you paid for the products, opened or unopened, with nothing to send back. Before an order ships, you can cancel it for a full refund, shipping included. The full terms, and how to ask for a refund, are in our Refund Policy.
Reviews
We publish real customer reviews, as they were written, after checking each one against our orders. We never edit a review to change its meaning. We decline reviews that are off topic or abusive, but never because of their star rating.
If you send us a review, you confirm that it is honest and your own, and you allow us to show it on our site with your first name and the first letter of your last name.
Our name and content
The Sorrel Naturals name, logo, images, text and designs on this site belong to us or to the people who license them to us. Please don’t copy or reuse them without our written permission.
Using the site fairly
Please don’t misuse the site: no fraudulent orders, no attempts to break into or overload it, no automated scraping, and no using it to break the law. We may suspend access for anyone who does.
Our responsibility to you
Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer protection law. Beyond those rights and our guarantee, and to the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, without taking away the protection of consumer laws where you live. If something goes wrong, please email us first: most problems are solved in one reply. If we can’t resolve it together, you may bring a claim in small claims court or in any other court that has jurisdiction.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time and will change the date at the top of this page when we do. The terms in place when you place an order apply to that order. If a change affects the price or terms of a Subscribe & Save plan you already have, we email you before it applies, and you can cancel first.
